Meet the team
Ealing School of Dance was originally founded in 2012, as Ealing Ballet School. In 2015, Miss Megan relaunched the school as Ealing School of Dance.
As we grow and open new venues, we continue to place emphasis on exceptional dance training. Where meticulous technique meets the exciting world of music, movement and creativity, whilst giving students the opportunity to gain skills that will help them develop a love and understanding for the art of dance.

Rebecca is a dedicated and experienced dance educator with a strong foundation in both performance and pedagogy. She graduated from the Royal Academy of Dance with First Class Honours in BA (Hons) Ballet Education, and was awarded a Distinction in the prestigious Licentiate programme.
Her dance training began at the young age of 3, progressing through the RAD and ISTD syllabi. She achieved her RAD Advanced 2 and Associate award, and Advanced 1 Modern and Tap. After graduating she successfully gained her ISTD Diploma in Dance Education (DDE).
In 2023, Rebecca embarked on her first Principal role at the dance school where she first trained. Her commitment to high-quality dance education has seen her teach across multiple schools in the Ealing area, inspiring students of all ages and abilities.
In 2025, Rebecca took over En Pointe Dance and Ealing School of Dance, successfully merging them into one cohesive school under the name Ealing School of Dance. She now leads the school with a clear vision: to nurture confident, technically strong, and creatively inspired dancers in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Becoming the Principal of her own Dance School was always Rebecca’s dream, and she is honoured to fulfil this at the Ealing School of Dance.
