Participation Information & Consent Form
All students participating will be expected to be dropped off at Ada Lovelace School (W5 2JX) from 9am-5:30pm on Sunday 8th June 2025.
This will include a:
Technical rehearsal from 9:30am
Lunch break 11:30am
Dress rehearsal from 12:30pm
Performance at 3:30pm
We will have the school’s dance teachers and assistants (all DBS checked) on site throughout the whole day, as well as parent volunteers.
We will have a photographer/videographer present on the day to capture and document the performance. Their certification will be vetted by the principal and the business details can be shared with you, the parents, upon request.
For all students participating there is a one-off fee which includes a nude/beige coloured leotard worn underneath their costume for you to keep.

£34 = 2 tickets for the show
£26 = Costume hire & insurance fee + nude coloured leotard (to keep)
If you have multiple children performing and do not need the extra 2 tickets please let me know. Children performing will not require a ticket.
Any remaining tickets will be open to purchase on a first come first served basis.
